With 12 years experience working as a machinist and 17 years of working in the renovation business Richard decided it was time for a less physically demanding job and because of the knowledge he had accumulated over the years he chose a home inspection career. After successfully completing an accredited Home Inspection course with the Carson Dunlop Engineering firm in Toronto and other building related courses followed by several months of in-field exposure with one of East-Central Ontario's most respected and experienced Home Inspection companies, it was time to start Integrity Home Inspection.
This company prides itself in it's dedication to the client. Our inspections are not influenced in any way by who we are working with or for. As consumers ourselves we know how important it is to provide our customers with the best service they deserve. We will provide them with any information they require regarding their home for as long as they own the house. Richard is also a WETT Certified Inspector and provides this service free of charge when doing a complete home inspection.
